Sound video feedback and learner response

 1. Sir's feedback = WWW : parallel images/sound, contrapuntal warfare images, well paced, large range                                    of images, transition (fade in)                                  EBI : Highlight keywords on blog, smoother ending, some repetition, attention to                                          detail (screenshot images), pix-elated images/low res export.  2. Class feedback = WWW : Clear images, great sound quality, great transitions, matched the beat, good                                       use of parallel and contrapuntal sound.                                   EBI : Highlight key words, get rid of the screenshot sign in the bottom of the image,                                     fade out in the end. 3. Self assessment = WWW : Clear images, great use of sound, good use of parallel and contrapuntal                                            images.                                   EBI : Fade out in the end, save pictures instead of using a scree

Sound analysis

https://youtu.be/S51jIrunYuY  = Don't peek In this video it mostly includes diegetic sound as it's coming through the actual video however there are also parts where its non-diegetic sound as its been put on top of the video. For example the start of the video the sound effects are non-diegetic but then the sound of the game is diegetic as it's actually happening in the video. The sound of the monster is also non-diegetic in my opinion cause that monster well all monsters don't exist and so it can't have been coming from the actual video itself.

parallel and contrapuntal sound video

https://youtu.be/0aQGUNk1X0Y  = My video In this video for the parallel part of the sound its a sunny day as its more of a happy instrumental so a sunny day just makes sense. Whereas for the contrapuntal part of the video there are pictures of a war as you wouldn't associate a happy instrumental with war.

Lighting blog task

Image
Low key lighting as there's shadows and you are able to see the smoke as that's what it focuses on.  There's under lighting as well as back lighting .  This shows me shes a villain as she is smoking and as she is in the dark.    Low key lighting as she is in a dark room and you see her face clearly but not her body which shows she is emerged into the shadows.  There's top lighting and back lighting .  This gives me the effect that she is scared and that she is hiding. High key lighting as there are more filter lights being used.  There's an element of back lighting .  This gives me the effect that he may be about to fight.  High key lighting again as there are more filter lights being used.  There's an element of top lighting .  This gives me the effect that he is also a villain .    High key lighting as there are more filter lights being used.  There's an element of under lighting .  This gives me the effect that she is scared due to her facial exp

Mise-en-scene video feedback and learner response

 1. WWW: Original use of post production, use of sound, facial expressions, good performance, costume appropriate and villain/killer identity hidden.      EBI: No 100 word summary, No shot list, Camera angles, different music, follow the brief.  2. WWW: Good acting, good use of costume and props.      EBI: Black and white, needs to be a recreation.  3. It was more of a last minute video with last minute video if I am being honest so I don't think it helped as much which is what caused my video to be all over the place.  4. I should stick to the original as best as I can and follow the task steps so that I could do better.  5. It's important as it helps to analyse every little detail so that when i have to produce something i should try and include everything the original video has. It's the little things that interest the person who's watching and so everything counts into consideration. It also breaks down the video into smaller things that you wouldn't think of wh
